Digital Delivery Only

Brush & Bloom specializes in digital educational and painting products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item is manufactured, mailed, or shipped, and no physical delivery should be expected.

How Delivery Works

After payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive or be shown a secure download link, access page, product file, or access instructions for the purchased materials. Delivery may occur on the order-confirmation page, by email, through a customer account, or through another clearly identified digital-access method.

Digital delivery is completed when the file, link, entitlement, or instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available on the confirmation page or customer account.

Delivery Timing

Most products are available immediately. Short delays may occur because of payment verification, email-provider filtering, internet interruptions, maintenance, security review, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside Brush & Bloom’s reasonable control.

If an access email is not visible within a reasonable period, check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders and confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to that email account, using a compatible device and commonly available software, maintaining sufficient storage and internet access, and downloading personal backup copies where downloads are available.

Failure to download or use a successfully delivered product does not mean the product was not delivered.

Purchased Materials and Continuing Access

Purchased downloadable materials are licensed for continuing personal use under the Terms of Service. Customers may keep authorized personal copies of downloaded files indefinitely.

Brush & Bloom may also provide hosted access for convenience. Hosted services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. Customers should retain backup copies of downloadable materials.

Optional $1.29 Painting Packs

Separately selected painting packs are optional one-time digital purchases priced at $1.29 USD each. They are not automatically included with the original materials and are delivered digitally in the same general manner as the primary purchase.

Customers may decline every optional painting pack and retain the materials included in their original purchase.

Optional $59.99 Premium Digital Upgrade

The optional $59.99 premium digital upgrade is a separate one-time purchase providing additional or enhanced digital materials. It is not a subscription or recurring charge.

Customers may decline the upgrade and retain their original materials. The upgrade is delivered digitally after separate selection and payment.

No Automatic Subscription

A notes, painting-pack, add-on, or upgrade purchase does not enroll the customer in a subscription. Any future optional subscription must be separately identified and accepted with its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method displayed before enrollment.

Digital Processing Fee

An applicable Digital Processing Fee may be shown before payment. It supports secure file hosting, fulfillment, access systems, platform maintenance, fraud prevention, and delivery assistance. It is a one-time fee associated with the applicable order, not a subscription charge.

Access Problems

If a download link fails or access is missing, email support@learning-notes.com with the customer’s name, order number, and checkout email address. Brush & Bloom will verify the order and attempt to resend, replace, correct, or restore access.

Final Sale

All purchases are subject to the Brush & Bloom Refund Policy. Delivered digital products, $1.29 painting packs, other add-ons, and the optional $59.99 premium digital upgrade are final sale. Digital delivery problems are normally resolved through replacement, corrected delivery, or restored access rather than a refund.
